Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and may take up to 2 business days to process the order before shipping.
We offer free shipping across Canada via Canada Post. We currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada. Please visit our stockists page to find the nearest store near you. *Not applicable on final sale items.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow the journey of your package from our warehouse to your front door.

You can track your order by accessing your account page. You will also be sent an email as the status changes.
If you need to modify or cancel your order after submitting it, send an email email@example.com. Depending on the status of your order, we will do our best to help you with your request.
Our return policy applies only to purchases made via our website www.quartz-co.com.For any purchase made at a retailer please contact the to inquire about their return policy. We offer a full refund for any returned items that are unused and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase.
To return an item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, invoice number, style name, size and color, and reason of return. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date to be accepted. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label. Upon receiving your return, it will be inspected to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. We will then issue a full refund and send you a confirmation by email. Should there be any issues with the returned item, we will proceed to contact you. *Not applicable on final sale items.
